24/7 GYM ACCESS
Strength Co. gym members will have 24/7 access to the gym through the Strength Co. app using their phone.
NEED A KEY FOB?
If you prefer a key fob instead of phone access, you will need to come in during business/staffed hours after opening.
We can attach a key fob to the membership you purchased online.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
AGES 14–15
Members ages 14–15 may use gym equipment only when a parent or legal guardian is present.
The parent or guardian must remain in the gym with them during their workout.
AGES 16–17
Members ages 16–17 may use the gym without a parent present once a completed parent/guardian consent form is on file.
Minor access hours are:
6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Members under 18 may not access the gym outside of these hours.
AGES 18+
Members ages 18 and older may use their active membership for 24/7 gym access.
TANNING AGE REQUIREMENT
NO TANNING BED USE FOR ANYONE UNDER 18.
Texas law prohibits anyone younger than 18 from using a tanning device.
IMPORTANT
24/7 access applies to eligible gym members and tanning access. Staffed services, classes, the Child Hangout Area, and other amenities may operate on separate schedules.
