Our tanning rooms are self-clean rooms designed to make tanning convenient and easy for our members.
SELF-CLEAN ROOMS
- Cleaning supplies will be provided in each tanning room.
- You are required to thoroughly clean the tanning bed after every use.
- If you would like to clean the bed again before your session for your own peace of mind, you absolutely can.
- Please leave the room clean and ready for the next member.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 18 years or older to use a UV tanning bed in Texas. Minors under 18 are prohibited from using UV tanning devices.
ONE TAN EVERY 24 HOURS
Texas regulations allow only ONE UV tanning session within any 24-hour period. This is a true 24-hour period—not simply once per calendar day.
EYE PROTECTION IS REQUIRED
Approved protective eyewear must be worn during every UV tanning session. UV exposure can cause eye injury without proper protection.
KNOW BEFORE YOU TAN
- Follow the recommended exposure time for your skin type.
- Never exceed the maximum session time for the tanning bed.
- Certain medications, cosmetics, and other products may increase sensitivity to UV light.
- Overexposure can cause burns and repeated UV exposure can contribute to premature skin aging and skin cancer.
- Only one person may be inside the tanning-device area while the bed is in use.
